The time was on back order, and it's been another two weeks since their estimated send date. Should be in "any day now."

This is the only place I can get the item ordered. It is a wonderful product and my dog needs it and he suffers when it is not delivered in a timely manner. The wait is crazy and i am at the companies mercy when it comes to delivery. I wish they could get deliver on time or at least in a more timely manner.
I love the products and recommend to all of our friends and fellow pet owners but the product i ordered today is on back order and doesnt get to us in a timely manner.

My 12 year old Dalmatian has had urinary problems for years. It was disgnosed as Cushions Syndrome about a year ago. I found Cushionex on line. I bought a bottle to try it out. My dog has not had even one spell with her urinary problem since I put her on Cushionex. Also, she lost over 7 pounds and looks great now. She has a lot more energy now. I have spent thousands over the years on vet bills with her problems. The Cushionex has saved me money.

VERY UNSATISFIED!!
I called because I wanted to check on an item once I was told it would be shipped in 1-4 weeks due to backorder and high demand. The lady was extremely rude!

After purchasing RuniPoo Relief for my dog I was sent a message that it would not ship for 1-4 weeks. I called to verify and the customer support agent was the rudest person I have ever dealt with!

I have ordered your product one time , I do think it helps, I will try this second botttle. It is really over priced - when I can purchase meclizine over the counter much cheaper and it seems to be a pretty level amount of relief from either of the products. You do have a very informative site and other products I might try, however I do a lot of comparison shopping and mostly when Free Shipping is available Very good check out service>>>>>>>>
