It does note seam very easy to return a product that AAA Toner states on its website that it is met for and I find out that it does not fit and the manufacture does not recommend the printer drum cartridge. To may hoops to jumb thru to return this product.

My order was cramed into a box that was too small so that the shipping box corners did not meet one another and no extra shipping tape was used to ensure that the box didn't burst open. Also, AAA Toner used printed adhesive labels to cover over the individual toner cartridge boxes each cartridge came in. The info. underneath the label was different than the type of toner I originally ordered, so I won't know if I have the correct toner until I am physically installing them, because the toner box says one thing and the printed label covering it says something else. I consider the entire transaction to be very shady.
It is selectively inflexible of AAA Toner to offer business accounts to customers only if they have user accounts with Yahoo, AOL, or Google. My e-mail domain must remain secure and is unaffiliated with e-mail accounts powered by Yahoo, AOL, or Google, therefore I was unable to create an account with AAA in order to process future orders more efficiently and track orders made in the past, and etc. That sucks.

There is a bit of toner spilling onto my print jobs, but it was the first thing I printed and I haven't been in the office to investigate the problem yet.

The cost of product was $99.99 with free shipping offered for orders over $100. I said that they could charge me $100 instead of paying $10 for shipping but they were clearly clueless or ignorant and said no. I gave my company's business to another company because of a few cents and poor customer service.
