I was told product would deliver on 04/24/12. Recieved email today saying they would deliver in 2-3 weeks.

I quote below my email to Vitasprings which best describes my comments."Dear Sirs,I am very much frustrated at the way you handled my order.On April 9th I placed my order No 241514 which was confirmed by your return email on the same date. You also charged my credit card with the total amount of US $ 93.64. On April 19th I noticed (on my Bank’s Statement) that there was a credit for US $ 14.92 from your company and then I realized that you had deleted an item from my order without any prior notice to me. I had never given you the permission to partially execute my order and therefore you should have informed me accordingly. At least you should have deducted the equivalent shipping cost from the initial cost of US$ 31.00Anyway I expect that you will send me the remaining item free of any shipping cost as soon as you have it in your inventory.RegardsGeorgios Sarafidis"
