If there were higher ratings than "stars" and "1-10" - I would happily give them to MarineDepot.Com. I can't tell you the amount of items I have ordered from them. What I CAN tell you is that NONE of them have ever been late or the wrong item! Thanks again guys!
As usual - MarineDepot.com came through for me. All parts needed were in stock & I will receive them tomorrow. I don't use ANY other site on the internet for my picky aquarium needs! Thanks guys!

I was happy with the service provided by Marine Depot. But I would prefer in the future to receive my items by regular mail. Altogether I paid close to $100 extra for UPS to deliver, along with the brokerage charges, and it was a disaster.UPS delivered the item three times while I was on vacation. AFter the third delivery, they return the item to the shipper. UPS has very limited hours and I had to take time off work to pick up the package. I could not locate the building and could not reach anyone who could help me by phone. Finally I was able to convince them to deliver the package a fourth time and leave a cheque for the driver. This way I was finally able to receive my product.

First, Marine Depot had the product I wanted without going to a specialty site. Then, they matched the lowest price I was able to find. Overall, a very rewarding experience
Initially, I felt that their prices were too high. But, when I found their price matching offer, I was pleased to order from them, having ordered previously and having a good experience.
