I questioned a representative on-line before making the purchase. The piccolo case that I ordered was about 4 times the size of a normal case with NO handle, making it impossible to carry. Thus it is unusable. I returned it on 5-15-12. I had to pay $6.15 just to return it. Definately not the experience I wanted. Obviously your representative has no clue what a typical piccolo case looks like.
I would have liked to be able to see a photo of the product.

Much better to work with than Guitar Center.
Started out looking at Guitar Center but they were playing games with their promotion...ie there really wasn't a promotion. Cascop Interstate Music is always upfront and fair.
