the head shower looked different in the website picture, but probably it will work just fine, we need to install it.They did not specify how long it would have taken before they ship the products, I do not mind to wait but I'd like to know I am going to wait.everything else worked just fine. The quality of the products is great. Thanks

I have already recommended this site to numerous people. I appreciate the honesty of the ratings to ensure that I got the exact product that I expected. i.e. Acrylic clawfoot tub
We are finishing our current home and based on the incredible selection and so far great quality, I will not purchase my bathroom items anywhere else. The shipping was painless and there were some delivery issues that were instantly resolved by your customer service team. Great job.

The packaging foam used to protect the tub may have worked well to protect the tub, but it took us FOREVER to unpack and was a huge mess to clean up. Perhaps you could let people know how to unpack easier with this method of packaging. If there is any.
You had the best price on the sink we wanted.

I placed the order and expected to receive it within two weeks. I got an e-mail two weeks after the order date that the item had just been shipped and I have not yet received it. I was pleased with the selection on-line but am not pleased with the length of time it takes to receive the order.
They had what I have been looking for for over two years and finally found on their site. I also really, really appreciate the fact that they ship free to Canada. So many businesses ship free to the US but not Canada. I will use this site again when I am in the market for the types of products they sell.
