I had been looking for this scent for about 3 years and i am so so happy that you guys got it back in stock :)
i have been searching for the pear fantasy scent for at least 3 years, so to know that they had it made me very very happy!!

Although the fragrance was new and fully packaged, upon removing the plastic cover and opening the box I found the cap off of the bottle and the board holding the fragrance in place dirty and creased. I’m not sure if this was the supplier’s doing, but I was much less enthusiastic after opening the box and finding my purchase was mishandled and/or tampered with.
The “FREE SHIPPING with code Free” sign really through me off. I was looking for someplace to insert a code a checkout which was a big disappointment. This is the most affordable online merchant I’ve found selling the fragrance I wanted even after S&H, and I wouldn’t have been upset with the purchase if there were clearer, less misleading advertising.

I love the prices & love the idea that I can purchase a tester without having to pay for all the fancy packaging. I love the fragrances, the bottle is not an important feature, but the low cost is one of my favorites.

I was initially very frustrated because the website did not accept a free shipping code that FragranceX.com had just sent me. I knew it was not expired. My purchase included a shipping fee. I contacted FragranceX by e-mail to ask that they refund the shipping fee. They quickly refunded this charge to my PayPal account. This was wonderful customer service and I am very appreciative. Their rep was very polite too. I will be a regular customer now because of the great service received. Thanks.
I was supposed to receive free shipping with the FREEMOM code but the checkout kept on adding shipping. I went back to be sure I had applied the code and I did but for some reason the free shipping did not work. Feel like I just got ripped off for $6. I am not happy that the free shipping code did not apply. Free shipping was showing in the cart but not once my payment was processed in Paypal.

I found a perfume that is my wife's favorite that i believe has been dicontinued by the manufacturer. Was very satisfied with product, the price of product,and shipping costs. I will definatly be returning to their site to purchase cologne and or perfume.

I have been customer for several years. Excellent selection of fragrances, great prices, website is easy to use, quick delivery. I haven't purchased my fragrances anywhere else for a while.

They could have combined both ordersd and when they saw I bought 2 of the same items they could have reduced the costs by $5.00 instaead of sending in 2 coupons for the next orders!! Very frustrating and when I tied to get the cost reduced not happening!!!
Very easy to deal with and navigate through!!

I e-mailed when I ordered if the Jean Patou 1000 is 2nd or the same as I have purchased at Neiman Marcus for 2x the price.
How can FragranceX.com sell this product for half the price I would pay at a retail store. Is it different than the products bought a Neiman Marcus, etc.
