im to ticked off this whole process,and was insulting to recieve a how did we do survey before the item arrived.i recieved the survey on march 17.i just recieved my purchase item on april 25.whats up with that,i would never recommend this company to anyone i liked.but what saved the day,was the deal on the mattress

Ordered an extra-long mattress for my extra-long 14 yr old. Mattress was delivered EARLIER than I expected - which is nice! I got 2 calls from US-Mattress beforehand - telling me delivery times, and then a call from the delivery people - REALLY nice to know exactly when it would be delivered. Only complaint - there were 2 small dime-sized holes in the fabric! But I had also purchased a mattress cover for it, so not too worried. My son LOVES the length and comfort of his new mattress!

It's been nearly two weeks since I placed the order. I finally got a call yesterday that the mattress had been shipped. They wouldn't deliver it until next Wednesday (the 18th) which makes the total time more than 2 weeks. I never received an email saying it had shipped or telling me what to do for delivery (both of which I was led to believe I would from my purchase confirmation).

We had requested a mattress which matched a Simmons Middleton, extra firm. The sales rep matched our order to a Corsicana 8325. Instead we received a foam mattress not even labeled Corsicana. The Middleton is a coiled Mattress, not a foam mattress. Also the foundation is so under quality, lined by cardboard. Very, very disappointed.

The mattress feels great and was a pretty good price. However the shipping company had very limited delivery dates so I had to wait 2 weeks after the mattress was finished for it to be delivered. When it did get here they set everything up quickly.
There was a large selection of mattress at very competitive prices. The purchase was very smooth and hopefully shipment will be on time.
