I do feel that the return should be equally tracked as the initial shipment. USPS is not renowned for tracking & having a pulse on its shipments.On this note, I am not convinced that equal emphasis is placed on the return shipment as the initial order. On this note, I am yet to receive confirmation from RL that the return is delivered.
I do wish there are more products available exclusively at the RL stores & RL web site.
