This was a re-order, since the first time we ordered this table, it arrived damaged. We had a hard time getting customer service to get us the correct information about when the damaged item would be picked up (the first agent told us it would be picked up in 2-3 days, then when it wasn't picked up then, the next agent told us 10 business days, and then we had the issue escalated and it was eventually picked up a week after we placed the return request). It's now 2 weeks after the damaged item was picked up (3 weeks after reporting the damage), and we still have not received the refund for it. Not very satisfied with Home Depot's return process.
I'm only making this purchase because the first one I ordered just arrived damaged, and this is the only way to get an exchange. Not really happy with Home Depot right now.

First vanity arrived damaged in shipping. I returned to my local store. They exchanged with an identical vanity from their stock. Got home, opened box, discovered finish on vanity face was flawed. Returned again for an exchange with another identical in-stock vanity. Third one was good. Manufacturer packaging is poor. Home Depot made exchanges simple.
Product selection is MUCH better than most other sites, however, if items are out of stock on line, it would be helpful to know when stock might be replenished or not. This would help me decide whether to wait to purchase or to select an alternate. Further, I ordered a Delta Innovations shower head/valve. Not included was Delta rough-in valve model R10000-UNBX and the Delta faucet handle model #s H74PB/A74PB, however, these items are not available at Home Depot (on line, anyway)! This forced me to have to order from another 3rd party site, which was not convenient.

For whatever reason(s) transaction triggered fraud alert that held delivery until I contacted HD (returned their calls) only to find out there transaction line items did not match the consumers over pro-rata taxes and shipping. Tried to let HD know and they seemed indifferent to it. If it is happening to me it is happening to others. FIX IT. Simple process improvement. Then the table arrived without the proper tile centerpiece for an umbrella shaft although the guide support hole is beneath it. We were on phone with both HD nad Yotrious. Sent email with pictures and invoice. Have yet to recieve even courtesy call or email that was even received. Have called and left no less than 5 messages asking for status and ETA of resolution. Silence. FIX IT. It is this simple stuff that can be resolved easily that ruins reputations and credibility when it is not. Credibilty is something no one takes away from us. Be proactive...
Easy nsavigation on web site. Very effective dispalys for decision and comparison. The 'other' home improvement store's is not as nice a tool!In store staff at my local HD are fabulous...
