i like the product...received them on time...i am completely satisfied with this purchase. this is the first time i've ordered from them. we'll see what happens...when i get the product. so far...online ordering went smoothly.

The staff has been very courtious but the company the product is coming from is very lacks in responding to the calls. Very easy to find just what I was looking for

I never received my shipment. There was supposedly a problem with the manufacturer and it was never shipped out to me...so WHY wasn't I notified?? I really needed this on time. I had to call and supposedly the manufacturer is not honoring the price. When you place an order they dont check to see if the order has been fulfilled when its drop shipped from the manufacturer. Bad system. Won't be going back!!! NOW I'm out 2 weeks and have to try to get my money back or wait until they resolve the issue with the manufacturer. easy to order.

i believe this seller completely forgot to process my order. i placed it on 3/2/12, and by the time i received bizrate's shipping confirmation notice, i realized i had not even received any info that the product had been shipped, much less the product itself. i contacted the seller--it took two days for a response! and no apology or explanation for the delay, either, the email simply informed me that my purchase had shipped on 3/13 and provided a ups tracking number. really? it took 11 days for an in-stock item to be processed for shipping? i don't think so. then when i received the ups tracking info, it said that the shipping information had been sent to ups on the 14th, not the 13th. clearly somebody goofed BIG TIME, and then lied about it, so honestly, I don't care how fabulous my purchase is, i'm not doing any more business with RES

At this moment, Monday March 5th we did NOT receive the coffee maker.Alexeeff I just started to look for a larger coffee maker, and came3 across this website. it made i6t extremely easily to find what I neede.
