I like Tiger Direct because of their convenience, pricing, product availability and range of products. I have never had a problem with any of Tiger Direct's merchandise, and the one time I was unable to order by website, both the support person I reported the problem to and the sales person I ordered through were polite and thorough. They have been a pleasure to deal with.
I love shopping at Tiger Direct because of good prices and lightning-fast shipment. I often get my order before they tell me it has been sent. I have also dealt with them via service representative, and they were unfailingly polite and helpful. I often recommend them to friends, and even make purchases for friends via Tiger Direct. If I go back into the business of building computers, Tiger Direct is one of the primary suppliers I would use.

My order was handled perfectly, even though the website said it would be delivered Tuesday and the shipping confirmation/actual delivery was Wednesday. It was my fault that I didn't know this video card was no where as good as the one I was replacing (nVidia 9600GSO replacing 8800GT). I will be either disposing of or giving away this card once I get the nVidia 560Ti448 that I ordered to replace it.

The shopping experience was ridiculous. I ordered a 55" Sony TV and in couple days later got an email saying the tv has back-ordered. I checked the order status after couple days and the order was cancelled without sending an email, text or call. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM TIGERDIRECT.

I would like better information about how to redeem rebates, especially since a lot of TigerDirect products seems to include them. My order included a $30 rebate, and I am not sure how to apply for it.
I would like to see better information about OS'es available/suggested when purchasing a PC. I was surprised that the web site defaulted to a 32-bit version of Windows 7 with my 64-bit PC purchase.

I requested a return for my first order, and it took three customer support phone calls and two weeks before I got my shipping label. In the mean time, I reordered the product. It has been over a week and my new order hasn't been shipped yet. I spoke with a customer service rep yesterday who insured me he would check on this and send me a email out in a "couple of hours." I didn't hear from him yesterday. I hope that when they eventually mail my product it will be overnighted due to the delay.

Good experience, the customer service varied depending on who I spoke to. I had to call two or three time but got the info i needed. Will was very helpful

I purchased three of the same item and was planning to use as mother's day gifts and they were refurbished and were not all the same exact item. It turns out that this wasn't going to be a problem but I can see it might be a problem if they were expecting the same item for themselves. They look and work great!
Very pleasurable experience and easy to wade thru and checkout.
