The only issue I've had, which happened twice, was a wrong item was delivered even though the bag it came in said it was correct. Like maybe someone returned the wrong item and they didn't notice and kept sending it out to other people. But free return shipping makes up for it. Zappos is a amazing website and wonderful company.

I found this whole experience fantastic. I have been looking for the type of shoe that i bought and everywhere else the prices were outrageous or the shoe not in stock or not in my size. I will come back here again.
