I have found the products to be high quality and very attractive
I have had two patterns all my married life. I have two daughters and sisters who have some of the same patterns. They last well and bring pleasure.I am just sad that they have closed all the stores.

This my second set of "Heritage". After the first time, I tried a different manufacturer because I was unhappy with the knife marks (grey lines) on the plates. The replacement dishes were okay but became quite dull over time. I'm trying "Heritage" again since I have many serving pieces left from the first time. I do love the pattern!
This is my second go-round with the Heritage dinnerware. Although I was disappointed with the silverware marking on my original set, I love the pattern and I have many serving pieces.

I would like to see more serving pieces offered with each pattern collection or maybe something neutral that would coordinate with several patterns.
I would like to see more serving pieces offered that coordinate with selected pattern of Painted Poppies. I reluctantly purchased something else hoping it will match the dishes. Would like a gravy boat, covered butter dish, creamer/sugar set- maybe not in same pattern but something that would coordinate.

I ordered a rooster plate to replace one that got broken. (Two plates are desplayed on a wall) The new one is not nearly as cute as the old one. This rooster is not centered on the plate, and the tail is small compared to the other one I still have.
It was a good experience. I did think shipping was high for one item. Judy
