I was pleased with my purchase experience with Hammacher Schlemmer. My order was received on time and in good condition.
I was very pleased with the ease of using the online service. I was also favorably impressed with the speed with which I could complete my purchase order. However, since I now view the catalog items online I do not have a catalog number to log in, if this section of the form does not apply to online purchases it should state "not applicable to online purchases". If it is applicable it should either automatically be applied or the location to find it given for an online purchase.

For the last couple of years, I've subscribed to the Hammacher Schlemmer e-mail flyer and have enjoyed the flyer and browsing the website for all their products. After receiving the watch I purchased after only a few days, I let my wife know how well it worked and she has already ordered an air-mattress for guests. Hammacher Schlemmer not only fulfilled an order for a specific wave-ceptor watch that a specialized atomic time site rejected (because I live in Canada), but they also delivered it in only a few days. Hammacher Schlemmer is a serious business.

The mirror arrived with a crack in the frame and is being returned for replacement.
The shipping charge of $11.90 is very high and it didn't appear until after I had already processed payment through PayPal.

I purchased shoes 1/2 size larger than normal, just so there would be NO issue with sizing, Yet the shoe I purchased, siZe 9, is TOO LITTLE!!, no where on the ad was that advisement so now I must send shoes back, guess on the size, PLUS PAY $10.50 for the privilege of sending back?? That is not how business is done on other web sites. I will not buy shoes again. Thanks Martha Hiett
The best part of hammacher schlemmer is that their products are the most excellent, so much so the company backs their products. Best you can get
