I have made a lot of purchases from buy over the years and I am sure I will continue to. Large variety and great pricing. I have always had great customer service on the rare occasion it was needed.
Buy.com is my first stop for online purchases in general and electronics in particular. Great selection, excellent pricing and sometimes free shipping. I have been using buy for years.

Product was decent quality for the money. However, I would have paid more for a product that can be used in your lap. Product I purchased must be used on a table in order to keep the tablet upright.

Someone put the wrong shipping address on the delivery slip. I tracked down the mail truck and retrieved it from the back of truck three days after promised delivery date. Hope my address has been corrected.

The Purchase experience was good and product was delivered on time with my expedited shipping request but unfortunately the product that i purchased has some incompatibility issue with working with my laptop. I've to work with hp to resolve the compatibility problem. But the problem is still open and I'm continue working on that.
The shopping experience was good.
