shipping costs were too high
i had an issue with the site charging me twice for shipping. i had to empty my cart and redo everything for the order to be correct. took me over an hour to complete. ugh! very frustrating!

One item included in a "goody box" was a pack of stickers. Should have included enough sheets for 10 kids-- sold four in a pack... and I was 2 short. I needed to cut the sheets in half just to ensure I had enough for every kid. Not a big deal, but disappointing.

I definitely will buy from Birthday Express...however I wasn't happy that my delivery (even though my order was delivered on time) went from the UPS terminal to USPS.

everything went great! products arrived before I expected them to and there wasn't a single thing missing.. my only problem is that I have to exchange one item for a smaller size.. that's not any fault of birthday express. I love how great they are about always getting me what I want before I expect it!
I found a lot of great things, but I feel like the prices are a bit high on a lot of the items considering the quality they usually are. I also wish there were yellow shoes.
