I am a regular repeat custom at Footlocker and Footlocker.com , I have high regard for the product lines, availability, and service.

Everything about this purchase was really good. The online store is very easy to use and one of the best online stores I have used. I liked getting the tracking information so detailed.
I really liked using the online store. It's easy to use and makes searching for what you want easy and comfortable.

I received the wrong merchandise.But store Mgr managed to make this bad and unacceptable experience a good one,He solved the issue right there and there.
I was hoping not to be charge for shipping since i tried to opt for send to store feature and I could not do it.It kept adding the shipping and handling. :( Hey 8 $$ are 8 $$ enough for a delicious hamburger.. :)

Shipping is too high for one shirt. Other places off free or low shipping for small items.
Website should offer Debit Card in addition to credit cards.Too much for shipping.

Wish the tracking would be updated every 6 to 12 hours because sometimes it takes weeks before I see the location on the tracking.
excellent customer service. also must provide more accurate shipment tracking numbers

Selection at local store was not great. Had gift card, so opted to purchase what I wanted from website. Like shoes, but they don't fit as perfectly as I would hope for $140.
Selection not as great as I would hope, but sufficient. I know foot locker doesn't make the shoes, you sell what is available.
