I have always been a fan of Victoria Secret. They always have the kind of styles that I really like. Plus, I love when the shipment comes quickly.

There are too many stipulations to the already modest discounts being offered. My frustration with the stipulations isn't even so much about the money as it is about the trial and error process of meeting the requirements in order to redeem it. By the time you solve the mystery or simply give up on using the coupon code that prompted your business in the first place you've lost an hour OR MORE of your day. This really cuts into the excitement I had when I started shopping and I'm actually a VERY easy going person.

They were nice but your recommendations are off & the small is not really right, its too small so the measurements weren't right. In addition when looking for items I wanted they weren't available the colors, sizes or the like.
I was really bummed about having to wait so long for certain items, especially the satin pajama's that I wanted so bad like now! I really don't know how the items are being shipped to me whether its USPS or UPS or FED x, etc. It took forever it seemed like to figure out what I wanted since orginally the clearance items I looked @ 1st were not available in my size, color, or not at all offered any longer.:(

Clothes are good to see in picture than in material!!
I have been trying to buy #277-814 Wrap-front Lightly padded bra top for a long time , its been unavailable in size S. Can u Please put them on sale again.

Shirt was on the smaller side. I'm exchanging for the next size up.

Other businesses failing should take note. Victoria's Secret has all the elements that customers look for: availability, service, quality product. I believe no matter what they sold they would be successful because they have all the perfect ingredients to keep customers happy.
Great customer service

The shipping and handling fee was excessive - charged for each item rather than for the whole order. This was not clear until after the order was submitted, too late to make a change.
I chose the 3 day shipping option, which was approx. $8.00. I thought this would be for the total order, which was 2 pairs of leggings. When I submitted the order, I learned that it was $8.00 for EACH PAIR of leggings, which seems ridiculous to me! But, the order had already been submitted and there was nothing I could do. :(

I am continuously amazed by the customer service provided by Victoria's Secret. Going above and beyond any expectations I have makes me want to continue to purchase items exclusively from them.
Their Customer Service Department goes above and beyond in every aspect. Being in the CS Field myself, I am very satisfied with their on-line as well as their tlephone communications.

The quality was not the same as I have previously experienced. The waistband is now much smaller & the cotton didn't seem as good as it used to be . I will probably still shop at the store where I can view the items better.
The color Berrylicisous dasies was shown on the color chart but when it was time to purchase that color didn't come up on the list to choose from so it was not available. Then why show it on the color swatches? I didn't like the fact that when you type in your info on the screens it doesnt show while you are typing so if you make a mistake you are on to the next line & have to go back to fix the error. I thought the shipping was a little expensive. Many companies have free or lower rates on $50.00 purchases. Overall I think the system was easy to use & easy to find the products I was looking for.
