The pair of wind pants that I received were extremely small. I have other brands of wind pants 1 - 2 sizes smaller that fit better. So small I coundn't comfortably wear them.

My order came in two separate shipments which did not arrive on the same day. It would have been nice to know this in the confirmation of the order, because I had to take the time to call customer service to have it explained.
I was ordering ordinary work pants. Very disappointed that my size in the basic workpants was only available in one color, which wasn't the one I needed. I had to by another similar product at considerably higher cost to meet my requirements. This is VERY irritating.

I was happy with my order .However when I went to the store Elmont NY there were no hooks to hang any clothes , only a bench making it very difficult.
I went to the store in Elmont NY .The dressing room did not have any hooks to hang the uniforms I was trying on. I did not care to purchase uniforms there.

The Timberland boots run about 1/2 size larger than normal shoe or boot sizes and the shoe size chart that relates to your footwear. I had to order 3 times before I rec. a pr. that fit. Otherwise the shopping experience was all good!
I have had a problem getting the proper size of boots that I required and had to send two pairs back at my own expense.This was dissapointing.
