I was very happy to find the sandals I wanted in my size and at a lower price. I will definitely checkout the ShoeMart for future shoe purchases!
I was excited to see that you had the shoe I wanted. They were sold-out at the brick & mortars. It was even at a lower price.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and returned them. I was disappointed you did not the correct size. I guess that happens!

They have not responded to several e-mails sent regarding their mishandling of the order.The product, a pair of Alden shoes, is terrific.

I purchased Vibram's Bikilas (this is my second pair). After researching several sources, Shoe Mart was the cheapest. Ordering was easy, and the delivery of the product was sooner than I expected. With a lot of fake Vibrams out there, I was happy to find a seller that sold the real thing.
I've did a lot of comparison shopping for the Vibram Bikilas and this site definitely beat out all the others and with free shipping - now that's a deal! I also am happy that they sell the genuine product and not knock offs.

Best ever outfit I have dealt online in close to twenty years. Let's hope that they will keep that old fashion, reliable American way of doing business that was about to become a memory until recently with Plantronics an the ShoeMart. Thank you, again
Fabulous! No gimmicks. I like the idea of not factory surcharges other than cost before reaching checkout.I wish they had the Dark Brown and the Banana colors that I would have liked to have purchased. I wish they notify me if and when they become available.

Great shoes, great service, quick delivery!

The shoes were really tight, but length wise they were perfect - which was my worry when i purchased them. I did not want to deal with returns - and I HATE how it said "Free returns" but the cost of the shipping is deducted from my return, which is why i didn't want to deal with it. Instead, i paid to have them stretched.
The site seems well stocked, but didn't include some styles I was specifically looking for. I am really worried about the fit of the shoe. Normally in Clarks I am a size 7.5 medium - and that is what I ordered here - except that "medium" is the only choice I found for quite a lot of shoes, so I do not know if it has the same meaning. Therefore, I am worried about having to return them and pay your return shipping fees.
